It was a wonderful experience working with Joey, Jessica and the team to purchase our first home. They made sure we understand everything and clearly explained the options that we have. Every query that we had was answered very promptly and every requests we had was taken care very quickly. They set reasonable deadlines, made sure to be on top of things and completed everything well ahead of time. It was a very smooth and stress free run from pre-approval to closing for us, many thanks to the fabulous team they have there. They proved themselves to be a trustworthy team with the right set of tools and in-depth knowledge in the field that will benefit anyone with mortgage needs. After connecting with 5 different lenders, Joey and his team have earned my vote of confidence. Cost estimate itemized details that other lenders would refuse to estimate. Sure, insurance and title depends on the final deal with the seller, BUT I appreciate how this team gives me a head-up on what to expect. Joey is not only a nice guy, he's a great guy who knows what hea talking about. Honestly, I have compromised and sealed the deal with another lender because the loan officer is a family friend. I write this review for Joey because his depth of knowledge, honesty and integrity impress me.

Back again... House #3: I will never go to another mortgage company! They make things so simple with a personal touch! Highly recommend to all friends and family and even people on the street! superb service! I'm back... This is my second rodeo with The Jones Team! House 2 : This is my second rodeo with The Jones Team! Now, November 2016.... buying my daughters first home, 30 days for close! The Jones team did an excellent job explaining the process to her, which can be overwhelming for a 25 yr old. No problems and since we could just email most needed documents, it makes it a breeze.
