Wow, this bank is amazing. Everyone on the team was very helpful. They took the time to hear out my problem and got the situation fixed quick. Additionally, they helped me learn about my financial health and pathways to improve my overall investing and money management. Great location, bankers, and managers.

Andrea is very informative and ensured we set up the right checking and savings for our needs. I liked how helpful she was with setting up my account that I brought my teenagers in to her to set up theirs. She made sure my boys knew how to navigate the app and make ATM deposits with their digital wallet-all of which I agreed to. I had Chase as a young adult, but they werent here when I moved to KS. Im very glad theyre popping up everywhere here and Im so glad were making the switch back to Chase.

Lana, is my personal banker she has been fabulous. I opened a personal account and a business account with her. We had some challenges initially with my business account but she has been so responsive, professional and a delight to work with. I am only with this week institute because it her dedication to providing a first class experience.

Do yourself a huge favor and choose a small local bank or credit union. Chase is a corrupt organization and this branch specifically has helpless employees. So much so that Ive closed my business account and am now closing personal. Nothing but problems here.
