I have to forgot password and create a new one every time i log in. It doesn't ever keep my new password. I think this is beyond an app issue. I think this is Chase internal issue.

I was there on 10/21/23. I was greeted by the rudest lady holding a tablet. I was informed I was not able to exchange bills because I was a non customer. Allegedly, Chase Bank policy, non customers are allowed to exchange bills for $100. I was informed at this branch I could not. As I walking to my car this lady watched me walked to my car. It was weird experience and she definitely didnt wont to assist me.

I would give 0 stars because the greeter was RUDE. She was on the taller side dark hair and had on a blue sweater, my husband walked in wanting some help with our account and asked her which way was the restroom. She told him they didnt have a public restroom and he said that was understandable but hes a customer and was also going to need assistance on our account. She replied in a VERY condescending manner that he still couldnt and tried to redirect him to the ATM for help on our account. The whole situation rubbed me the wrong way from her mannerisms to being told to use the ATM. Clearly if we needed the ATM we could have utilized it at our own discretion without assistance or discrimination. This was our first time at this particular location and I see why theres only 2 stars. Do better.
