Seem friendly when they call you to schedule a house tour but after 3 times of them not showing up Im ticked. They canceled and rescheduled an hour before. Showed up to the next appt I made and the office was locked and a sign on the door saying they were closed that day. Ive called them multiple days multiple times, never got an answer. They called me to schedule a viewing for the property I inquired about I told them I was confused about the situation and they said sorry. so what time works for you. I gave them one last chance, after 15 minutes of no show I go to the office and it is closed. No sign, well within the posted business hours, they are just closed. Never have been able to actually get them on the phone. Id say I bit the bullet in not renting from this managment company if this is how they handle business.

Couldnt ask for better landlords. Our temporary stay in LV turned out better than imagined. Quick approval process. During our stay we had two minor maintenance request which were handled within 24hrs. The move out process was extremely easy and a fast return of our deposit. Jessica at the front desk was always personable and easy to work with. I highly recommend this property management company. Our house was great!

First city property group has been one of the first management group to really work with me.. Jessica has gone above and beyond to help me find a place that works with my budget. She has address issues Ive had, and she has gotten things handled in a timely manner If it wasnt for her friendliness and willing to to listen then I probably wouldve gone somewhere else.. She may have had her kids in the office a few times when I have been in there but they have been quite and respectful during the times I was there, they have never been an issue!! First city group is lucky to have a great employee like her and and look forward to continue to rent from them until Im ready to buy!

My family and I rented from first city for the past 18 months while we were building. What was supposed to be a 6-8 month downsize while we leased turned into an 18 month stay and Jessica was very helpful. Before moving in we had a lot of (high maintenance) requests, like asking for a garage door opener/key pad for our kid getting off the bus, new privacy blinds, and Jessica was able to make sure the property had everything we needed. We only had a couple maintenance needs while leasing and they came to fix it in a jiffy. Since using first city, Ive referred my own staff to scope their site for rentals. Very competitive rental pricing, especially in the Piper area, as two neighboring rental houses near ours were vacant for long periods of time because of astronomical prices! Its insane! We felt like we had a great deal, great people to work with, and we will also miss the neighbors. I never had a single package stolen, everyone looked out for one another, all in all, just an overall great experience. I would definitely recommend First City Property Management and Jessica to anyone looking to rent, especially in this market they deserve a 10/10.
