        Mrs. Heim is interested in getting the most money she can from her customers, not to fulfill her customers needs. I bundled my house and car insurance. I have checked with other insurance companies and found out that she lied to me about the minimum I had to have for limited liability and my rates with other insurance companies were half. When I asked her about this problem she responded with, Well it is only 4.95 a month, you can afford that.
