was recommended air pros and gave them a call, he came out to our property to quote us on the hvac work we needed done, and told us we would be back thursday to service the machine and what to have available parts wise for him, we waited all day today, called and left voicemails nothing, i called from a different number and got thru to him and he proceeded to talk down to me and tell me things change and i cannot guarantee a time ill be there and went off about how we didnt have the parts he needed mondaywhen he only came out to quote. we didnt know what was even needed at that point. he told me he works in leavenworth county and its a very far drive for him and very inconvenient however i also live in leavenworth county and should have been told it was too far before we ever got started if that was the case. absolutely the rudest man ive spoken to, wouldnt even let me speak, told me i didnt understand and then hung up on me. DO NOT USE. STEER CLEAR.
