Make sure you have repairs worth their while Mike was too lazy to even make a quote for repair. Why would I want to take my vehicle there.

I had gotten my car fixed at Dan's auto in 2022 and I was 21 years old. For reference, I do not know much about cars, and I feel as though I was taken advantage of for being a young uneducated woman. I have a 2010 mercury, Milan . I went to get my tire rod replaced in 2022 because of annoying squeak. The tire rod was replaced. Conveniently the next day after getting the car fixed the gears on my vehicle had shifted upwards which restricted me from placing my car all the way into park. Since the car was not in park all of the way it didn't allow me to take out the keys out of the ignition. I had notified an employee at Dons auto about the problem. They told me basically that they had nothing to do with the new problem and if I wanted to have it look at it they would pay for the towing but I would have to pay for the service. But if it they didn't cause it I would have to pay for the tow and for the inspection. The customer service was very rude, short with me and not understanding at all. I didn't not end up getting my car towed because I felt as though they would place the blame on me therefore more money out of my pocket. The occurrence of the issue was conveniently right after I had gone to Don's auto. This issue still brothers me, my car is still broken and that is why I decided to make this post. Also to help other young woman from being taken advantage of. I will not be going here again.
