So dad is pretty sick with allergies and isn't coming to fetch his tow hitch for the John deere mower. Enter my 2 sisters and I. Parents are an hour away and so we devise a plan to fetch, pass off and deliver! I arrive at heritage and first, I'm greeted warmly and the male employees don't treat me like a ding dong nor talk down to me. Second, the service is quick and efficient. No dilly-dallying here! Last, as I hoisted the box onto my shoulder, not one peep from the men (like, "you sure you don't need help?"). They were respectful. Very much appreciated. I'm a "if I need help, I'll ask" person. Prices are competitive and the merchandise available is abundant. Definitely coming to this establishment if we need anything for our mower, etc.

Heritage Tractor in Lawrence Kansas I would not even leave 1 star if I could leave less . They came out on a service call they are about 15-20 minutes away from my house. They were at my place 15 minutes and charged 1.8 hours time ($367.00) Ridiculous price terrible customer service! Will never go back to Heritage tractor and will discourage everyone I know not to go there !!!!!
