Really disappointed in the treatment received by Landmark after losing a loved one. They refused to put a stop payment on some utilities in a deceased persons name. In turn the money taken for these utilities was to go back to the federal government. When talking to branch "manager" Lindsey she refused to excuse any overdraft fees that might be caused by all this mess. Disgusting abuse of power to a family in a very trying time. I hope you never have someone treat you the way you did us Lindsey. Edit: We called your number first and they referred us to the branch manager.

If you're a small business owner Landmark National Bank is the financial institution to work with. I've been a customer since 2008 and have always experienced competent service with surprisingly good technology for such a small institution. But that's not what sets Landmark apart. During the pandemic, my business was closed for several months like so many others. However, as soon as the PPP was signed into law, Landmark reached out to us proactively to help fund our operations. Unlike so many other business owners I know, Landmark had our PPP loan funded within days. The folks at Landmark really care about helping small businesses and I cannot recommend them enough.

A lending officer made a grievous error on a mortgage application, costing weeks of my time as well as an offer on a house. The magnitude of this carelessness was scarcely believable. Totally unacceptable.
