I worked mostly with Erin Maigaard, Beth and Randy's buyer's agent and had a truly wonderful experience working with her. This is my first home purchase on my own and I had lots of questions (some probably dumb) and Erin was extremely responsive, professional and has a lovely sense of humor. I am extremely pleased with the home I purchased and Erin's honest, not pushy and responsive guidance made the process clear and I felt that I had all the facts and made an informed decision when I purchased my home.

This was my second home purchase with Beth and her team and I was very happy with how attentive they were through the whole process. I worked primarily with Erin this time around and couldn't have been happier. She was very responsive and I definitely felt that she fought for me when we were met with challenges.
