        I set up an order to pick up an hour in advance and it was still very late. I had the order done at 6:45 and it was set to be picked up at 8. There is absolutely no reason why anyones order should be late in this scenario! Horrible service and you will not see me choosing this BWW again any time soon!

        Fried wings were warm, tough and dry. I mentioned the bad quality to waitress but she didnt do anything to it. Talked to manager but he insisted food was ok. Never visit again.
