AAA Lawrence

I finally decided to change insurance companies after several rate hikes. No wrecks, no tickets, no claims but hikes regardless. AAA saved me over $500 for identical coverage. We had been AAA roadside members for 8 years, have had occasion to use them for car lockout, dead battery and towing due to transmission troubles in a bad snow storm. My experience with this agency was great, and very responsive. Their roadside assistance was cheaper than road hazard insurance from previous company. I couldn't be happier with AAA.

They seemed a little slow to speak when I arrived. I did have to wait for a bit. But then when I had questions about some luggage they were very assertive in making calls and doing whatever it took to get answers. They spent a lot of time making sure I was satisfied or had answers.

I used this mostly for the Amazon counter but all the staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They adress and take care of all of your travel needs and Ive had many Amazon packages sent here and they always take care of them.

I was having trouble reaching anyone with the 1-800 number about the question and help I needed it kept putting me on hold or taking me back to the same menu, so frustrating!! When I reached out to the Lawrence AAA I received the assistance I needed straight away and the lady who helped me wasn't even in the department I needed but she took the time to answer All of my questions, take down the information and pass it along to the right person. She was so very friendly, informative and went above and beyond I would highly recommend Lawrence Kansas AAA!!! I received a call back straight away from a lady in the correct department that I needed to fix the situation I needed fixing. She as well was very friendly and helpful. I couldn't of asked for better customer service. Thank you so very much AAA Lawrence Kansas!!

If you break down, AAA will not tow same car twice so make sure you have the right destination the first time. Car broke down around 10pm on a Saturday night. Wife hade it towed home because she wasn't sure where to take it for repair. On Wednesday the next week, I made appointment to get it repaired and tried to have AAA take it to be repaired and was told they will not tow the same vehicle twice. Not sure what else could have been done in that situation since she didn't know where else to take it or what repair shop to call at 10pm on a Saturday night. None are open. Will be dropping our membership to AAA.
