Very pleased with the service we received. Justin diagnosed the issue with our furnace quickly, repaired the problem and took time to answer all of our questions. The cost of the service call was very reasonable as well. Weve tried other companies in town, but well be using this one from now on!

We don't normally write reviews, but we can't say enough good things about Thomas Heating and Cooling. Justin is extremely personable and easy to work with. He knows his stuff and is willing to go the extra mile and explain everything in detail. He's very fast to respond and just as quick to make a visit. We have used Justin three different times when dealing with our 30 year old AC unit. He is always willing to get us up and running and doesn't try to sell us a new unit. However, we are ready for our new unit and will be using Thomas Heating and Cooling. We can't recommend Justin and Thomas Heating and Cooling enough. Ive used Thomas Heating & Cooling for the last two service appointments Ive had. When it came time to replace my system there was no one else I considered calling. Justin and his team were able get my entire system replaced quickly and with minimal disruption. They were great about keeping me informed throughout the process and answering any questions I had.
