Terrible experience. Was told at the time i called I could get my exam and cleaning done at the same appointment so scheduled for 9 am and took off work. While already in the chair was told the hygienist was leaving and they couldn't do my cleaning until 230 that afternoon! I caked and got approved to be of from work longer. Only to be called an hour later and told they had to cancle my 230 and the earliest I could be seen was Friday at 11. I can't miss another day of work. Had scheduling trouble with the Topeka office as well. They need to get their scheduling and staff issues figured out.

Very easy to get appt. Sunday I made an appt online for the very next day, Monday! I needed to make another family member appt and got one for the following Monday!! Other DDS were putting me out a couple months - plenty of time for my teeth to get worse. The staff and DDS were very attentive, kind, knowledgable, answered all our questions calmly, like they had the whole day just for us even though they were very busy. Our questions lasted a whole 4 mins and we felt very comfortable everything was attended thoroughly.

I went to Aspen Dental for two appointments. I wasn't able to see the dentist on either appointment. The only people that I was able to see were his helpers and all they did was take x-rays of my teeth. One of them actually had the nerve to accuse me of being intoxicated. I had actually had to explain to the idiot that earlier in the week I accidently bit into my tongue while I was sleeping and that was why I was acting the way I was acting. Another one of their employees starting harassing for being disabled. I could never in good conscious recommend Aspen Dental. I have had so many bad experiences with doctors and dentists that anymore I won't make an appointment to see one without finding just exactly what type of reputation they have. My recommendation is that you should do the same!
