River Rock Family Dental

Got a Root Canal done and everything was fine on that front, my frustration is with the Dentist while he was working his hands were resting on my face, which considering what he was doing is understandable and I was alright with. The problem is I wear glasses to see so his hands were shoving my glasses in my face it was uncomfortable, and I was concerned with my glasses becoming bent from his hand constantly pressing them. So I took them off, he quickly told me I had to put them back on because they protected my eyes while he worked on my teeth. While I'm glad he cares about my eyes the simple fact of the matter is River Rock Dental won't pay for new glasses if they get broken. Anyone who wears glasses knows you can only bend glasses back into their original shape so many before they simply break. I need my glasses to see, while I appreciate River Rock wanting to protect my eyes, I should have been offered a pair of safety glasses, so he could do his job and I don't have to worry about someone bending glasses that I need to see that he will not replace or repair.

Dr. Valbuena is so not personable, he rarely says hello, he works on your teeth then when done says thank you and leaves like he's on a time limit, not even ask if we have questions or feel okay. We personally believe he does not realize without us patients he wouldn't have a paycheck. SMH
