I called and got an appointment for the next day! Sean went above and beyond to resolve the issues with my dryer. On top of that he was a delight and had me laughing about the situation. I would recommend Appliance Shark and Sean. I will use them again.

Shaun, the repairman, was wonderful. He quickly diagnosed the problem - a part which is no longer made. When I asked, he gave me options on places to purchase a new or used washing machine. He mentioned other places than Sharks - think Macy's and Gimbles - and I ended up getting a new, highly rated scratch and dent washer from Shark as a great discount. I also received a $50 rebate from the repair visit by purchasing from them. Delivery was just a few days away, and their fees to deliver, install, and haul off the old one were very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Couldnt be happier with the outstanding service provided by Appliance Shark. Their team was not only skilled and efficient in installing our Thermador refrigerator and freezer, but they were also friendly and professional. They installed the units flawlessly. Its refreshing to find a company that truly cares about their customers.

Had issues with a prior company so wanted to try someone new. Appliance Shark made this entire process so easy and they were able to get my fridge repaired quickly. The office people are super friendly and my technician Sean was very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely do business with this company if/when another appliance of mine goes out.
