I was unable to find housing for 3 months anywhere in Lawrence; however, after excellent help from Jessi Hageman from fox run apartments, I was able to find the perfect living for me! My unit was reasonably priced, family friendly complex and best of all punctual maintenance. My water and sewer were both included on my rent and it made paying for utilities so much easier. They also have just remodeled the pool so taking a dip in the July sun was awesome!

The apartment complex has an amazing since of community where you can actually talk and hangout with your neighbors. The staff are kind and understanding and will help you anyway they can. I just renewed our lease and am excited to be here for another year.

Newer tenant here. I have nothing bad to say about it here! All the staff Ive dealt with have been exceptional and I would definitely recommend living at Fox Run.

The brand new dishwasher they picked is unequivocally the worst dishwasher I have ever used. Shoddy paint jobs in the kitchen are easily scratched off when opening a cabinet, mostly due to the cabinets sticking shut from the paint. Apartment condition was pretty dirty when I moved in. Carbon monoxide detector and garbage disposal didnt work on move in, but were fixed. Poor first impression, but if things arent a consistent issue I may improve my review after some time.
