Union Flats

I will give them props that they are working on getting everything up-to-date as fast as I can but when you have so many people that can only do so much maintenance takes a lot of time theyre really nice people. If you give them a break, they deal with a lot of ump people, Ive lived in there almost a year and Ive had no issues besides a few things here and there but thats normal but I say theyre an amazing place to rent from. Yes there is a bug issue but you also gotta think that theres probably nasty people in there that are causing the bugs like its not them. Its the people who rent from them like you gotta keep your place clean , and like when they spray bugs move

do NOT live here. the management is terrible and in turn youll have terrible service. it takes months for anyone to follow up on your maintenance needs but not only that the apartments are just overall for a lack of better words, tacky. My roommates and I came in to an unprepared apartment with holes in the wall and paint over things that couldve easily been taken off or sanded. Since weve lived here for the past 6 months weve experienced two floods, had one out of two working bathrooms and serval points in our stay where weve had no warm water. this isnt even everything wrong with this complex. please dont stop here, find somewhere better to live.

***NOTE: THE 5 STAR RATINGS ONLY HAVE 1 REVIEW ON THEIR PROFILE***I lived here earlier this year and it was one of the worst mistakes of my life to date. It was a 2bed 2 bath with one tiolet never working and sink in other bathroom had a crack and eventually had a hole in it so I couldn't use it. My water in shower rarely got hot and I lived here during the summer and the a/c never worked..eventually I had a huge leak from the ceiling in two different spots downstairs..I literally couldn't wait to get out and thank God I did. Save your money and don't make the mistake of living here like I did.

I've lived at Union Townhomes for two years. I have no bugs, and a quiet space. Everything is currently in perfect working order. I am grateful for the hardworking staff on the management/leasing team. They are kind. Thank you.

Nope. I inquired on a different apartment and they gave it away after I toured it, offering this property. I toured it under the impression it wasn't completed with as a "newly rennovated unit." I accepted the situation with a grain of salt under the impression it would be completed upon move in. Roach infested complex. Water problems. I lived there for less than 30 days and contacted police about domestic violence with my neighbors twice. Unresponsive staff. I specifically asked the leasing agent when I toured the space about rodents and bugs and she assured me that it wasn't present, I didn't stay overnight in the apartment until two days after I signed the lease, and when I did, roach on the wall. There were literally like 50 flies in my apartment at one point in time and I couldn't understand why. neighbors were abosloutely filthy and seemingly had *a lot* going on that spread to the hallways and to other apartments (in my opinion) I reached out to her about the issue and she acted suprised that I saw them and then decided to say it wasn't in *this apartment* Lot of problems, lot of irresponsilbe protocol. I moved out early because I coudln't sleep and was being bitten up by bugs.. Charged me $4K for moving out early, AFTER I complained about the status of apartment within 24 hours of me actually being in the space. Don't do it.
