Good afternoon, this is Cesar owner of Santos flooring LLC. Thanks for the review , but you should write the full story and the truth . Previous contractor (kBR Contruction ) I don’t know why he left or quit . Is none of my business . You hired us to repair /redo their work . I didn’t used any subcontractors, all were my employees. We didn’t steal any materials from your jobsite , you and your wife said used any materials/supplies we have . You even wanted to give me the tools from previous contractor, I said no thank you.everything was running smooth, until you said we are going on vacation without notice and ruined our schedule . And expect us to start working once you get back without notice of day returning .all business run on schedules . You wanted me to show up on a Monday without notice , I told you I was in the hospital my father was in thehospital in critical condition . I said give me a couple days I will fit you in my schedule again . But you said no I need you today. I said I can’t . You said your abandoned the jobsite . When a client says that . That means your fired . Even my father was gonna financed your project because you didn’t have money to pay and was waiting on a loan decision . The only thing pending was a shampoo nitches that was a change order from previous agreements. You still kept several thousands of dollars . I think that should be enough to cover for the nitch .
