Dr keeps pushing appointments back so he can go on vacation. That came from a person that called me from there to reschedule again.

Not impressed. I scheduled an appointment with a doctor and never saw the doctor, just his assistant, who met with me before the radiologist even read my X-rays. My concerns were dismissed. Yet, when the radiology report did post, after my appointment, it explained my pain and various symptoms. The spine center continued to ignore what the radiologist report clearly stated and even contradicted the radiologists findings. I gave them a second chance. Second appointment. I insisted on the doctor. Same experience a second time - both were dismissive, condescending, unprofessional, and a total disappointment. I highly recommend you do not go here.

Terrible customer service. Never even made it to appointment. Scheduler stated the Dr's needed MRI within past 12 months. Do not have that was much longer ago. Plus, anyone who has an MRI knows the Dr must ask for specific images and where to get images. Scheduler stated you have to get that through primary care physician! lol WHAT! How the H will they even have a clue. These folk treat you like a body and not a person. Go some place else.

Worst place I've ever been to, shockingly, because I thought KU was supposed to be the elite of elite places to go. I was scheduled to see Dr. Bunch at 11:00 am. At 12:30 his "assistant" came in with an attitude after he said "good morning' and I replied "good afternoon" since I had been waiting quite a long time. He was NOT curteous at all, said he worked with Dr. Bunch and he started explaining my Xray and MRI. He then said if I decided to have any surgery, it would NOT be easy and all the pitfalls of the surgery, basically saying there was no other choice except to stay the way I am - using a walker, which I definitely wasn't expecting since this condition hit me suddenly a few months ago, do the very high risk surgery, or stay as is. After he talked a while I asked if I was going to see Dr. Bunch. He said well if I want to plan surgery, yes. So I said I would wait to see him and said, well he's not standing out there waiting to see you, so it will be awhile. After that, I left very discouraged about what had taken place and after 2 hours of waiting because I had high hopes. So I never got to see the doctor I had waited 4 months for an appt to see, and that was it. However, I will say the office staff was very congenial. I did tell the "assistant" to Dr. Bunch that they might consider telling people they are running behind to alleviate some of the frustration and he replied most people expect to wait! No more KU, no way, sorry to say.
