        they were extremely helpful, however some of the staff is are a bit transphobic and it seems odd to be for a mental health facility

        This place actually cares, it was so helpful from the caring staff to the group therapy. The observation room is horrible however, you need to bring something to keep your mind off why you are in there. I went in for anxiety and wound up having an anxiety attack. The layout with the rooms is great, there is a living room area with the rooms around it. I would highly recommend.
