        PacketLayer was one of several options we had for consistent, high speed internet at our home. The speed has been consistent and the price is fair compared to other options. There have been a few outages with storms, but the support staff is very responsive and keep us informed when things are back up and running. We worked definitely recommend PacketLayer to others in our area.

        I have tried contacting them multiple times by email and phone about getting residential service. I reached a person one time. She said they could do service in my area but someone would call me back with more info. I have not heard back from anyone and cannot get anyone to answer the phone there either. They obviously do not want to sell internet to anyone.
