My uncle had surgery and is in KU Med Center and I'm in Florida. Christian, the young man who answered the phone, was very helpful, super nice, and got the perfect flower arrangement up to my uncle.

Theresa was incredible to help me select my gift. She even sent pictures from her personal phone. She was so compassionate and patient regarding our situation. KU Med and Amys Hallmark is blessed to have her!

I wish I could remember the name of the gal that helped me yesterday, I even looked at my Emailed receipt, but just want to give her a HECK of a shout-out! Customer service is so very important, and she kicked it out of the park! I'd called in to have a plant delivered to a patient, she had a line she was attending to, but called me RIGHT back. She talked me through what the plant looked like, wrote on the card for me & everything! I know, especially hospitals, are over the ways of the world right now. But you wouldn't have been able to tell it from this gal. Handling business with such a positive attitude is so refreshing!
