I brought in several items back in early march. I got them back a week later, but one pair of pants was missing. I contacted them and they had no news about what happened to my pants. Over a month later I get a call and text that the item is there for me. When I contact them to see what happened they said I still have to pay for the pair of pants even though they lost it for over a month. When I tried to get an explanation they said they called (never did) and that I still had to pay. That's unacceptable to me since they lost it for over a month!! When I tried to get some reasoning behind this the guy hung up on me. Horrible customer service.

They tore the lace on a dress I had dry cleaned. I didn't check it when I picked it up but when I tried it on again I saw it. I'm sure they will deny it so I'm not wasting my time but won't use their services again. This wasn't a cheap dress and I had it cleaned for an event.

A jacket from my order was "lost" they said if they don't find it in 30 days they would reimburse me. Thirty days came and went heard nothing. I ended up calling them and management was confused because he thought HR was handling it. They asked for the info on the jacket (that had been worn twice) then wanted to go back and forth on paying $140 vs the $200 I paid for it. I told them it wasn't okay. They situation went too far and got to be too much. Called corporate and left a message for the regional who never called me back. They ended up mailing me in a check for $140 and I STILL have not been able to find the same jacket in the size I had before. It's a never again for us.
