I really enjoy the dealers and staff at Hollywood Casino. The dealers are always fun and make the experience relaxing and professional. The waitresses are very nice and prompt when you order drink services. One of my favorite social outing locations in Kansas City.

Very disappointed with this casino . over half of machines were non operational .previous visits a free glass of soda was available but not now. Machines were littered with dirty ash trays and empty alcohol bottles. No slot attendants were seen . the only drinks available had to be purchased at the bar which had a long wait line.Such a dissapointing visit and not a place I am likely to visit again soon.

Had so much fun losing money who would have thought it possible. Most fun I've had with my clothes on in a long time,I'm actually up on the money part the drinks were just right . I really enjoy this place it is a really good place to have dinner it is clean and the staff are very professional not to mention it's around the same price as you would normally pay to dine out .when we go we go after 10pm it's a little less crowded sometimes . It is a fine establishment easy to get to and plenty of free parking.
