I guarantee it and even if it do look good when u move in IT WONT LAST things gon fall apart, need repairs, and nobody will fix it or itll be later when THEY feel like it.. always change management, all that I just moved out after being there for only a year and it was terrible from jump.. my apartment had water damage, shower wasnt complete, toilets kept clogging, my kitchen would flood, heat was out during winter, air was out during summer and I was pregnant.. 00000/10 pls dont move here.!

Do not move here, from the time I moved in and its only been since mid September Ive been dealing with plumbing issues, roaches, mice, maintenance does not complete the work rent say $1180 but Ive had $500 added on for utilities on top of paying my regular utilities. This place is infested with bugs, mice. I have not had hot water in the main bathroom tub and now do not have use of my other bathroom. Do not move here. Unfortunately I have no other choice but break my lease and move due to uninhabitable living conditions.

Terrible from day one. My apartment was no made ready to move into. No running water to master bedroom toilet. Paint cans still sitting around. No screen door to balcony. Under bathroom sinks where rotted out from prior leaks and continue to stay that way the entire year I stayed there. When I did make Maintence request it was over two weeks before I got any response. Then was half completed when someone did show up

Been here 3 years and I had to edit this review which used to be favorable. 3 years on and there are shootings about once a week. They charge extra for everything. The rent you think you are going to pay is only a fraction of the actual monthly bill. You pay the apartment for whatever water they say you owe. There's one water meter for all 12 units in the buildings. They just split it up so if someone has a leaky toilet or just leaves water running you pay for their stupidity. If your neighbors take 4 showers in the morning and evening you pay for it. If someone uses 100,000 gallons of water, that's right, you pay one 12th of that, if all the apartments are rented. At one point there were only 5 apartments rented in our building out of 12. Someone moved out and left the hot water running in the tub. The next month our water and sewer combined was $485 up from $180. They also charge for gas for the hot water which averages between $30 and $80. We pay the gas company directly for our furnace and the coldest month is no more than $85 so apparently heating water is just as expensive as running a furnace in sub zero weather. They tried charging me an extra $100 a month for month to month lease and I signed a year lease 10 months ago. Then on top of that they wanted a $50 a month late fee for not paying the extra $100 for month to month. The owners thought everyone owed more than they had paid so they hired an independent company to do an audit for January through September 2023. Turns out they have overcharged us over $1400 in 9 months. If they hadn't hired someone from outside the company we would have just lost $1400 outright. OH by the way they charge $72 per year for pest control. There are more cockroaches than you can imagine, and millions of gnats constantly coming through the drains from the sewer. It's ridiculous that you can go outside to eat and see less bugs than in the dining room. It's gotten to the point where I'm having to fight bugs off to even take a drink of water. They charge $15 a month for liability accidental insurance even if you show them you have insurance that covers it already. If your rent is $930 a month don't be surprised if your actual first bill is $1500. NO BULL, that's how bad it is. This place is sold every 3 or 4 months so the buyer can write it off as a loss on taxes and buy it again under a new name. It's happened enough that with the tax write offs they should have actually gotten this place for free. The manager is new and seems really nice, not like the previous manager at all which is a good thing but the owners have her hands tied so nothing can ever get done. Her assistant does nothing but show apartments. I saw him showing a woman around the other day telling her they are going to fix this and that, just plain lying to her face. Everything is just as it was 3 years ago. Same lame exercise equipment etc. except now they unlocked a different door to the room and are now charging an extra $50 per month for unlocking a second door calling it an amenity. Next thing will be the swimming pool, I've heard about another raise in rent next year for the pool no one uses. Unless you love being shot at while you're eating your cockroach sandwich and paying extra for everything it's not at all good in any way.
