In all my career, I have purchased some expensive homes. My latest home purchase has been much more of a modest purchase. The experience was quite the journey, so I wanted to give review to Amber Crites, the real estate agent who worked diligently to get the deal done. Amber Crites is a tremendously busy real estate agent, and to say I was made to feel as one of her most valuable clients would be an understatement. In November of 2022, I noticed a house in the 66503 zip code for sale. It had two lots and a home all for $40,000. I pursued the house knowing it had been on the market for a long time with other real estate agencies. When Amber took my call, she was professional, and I was optimistic that a deal could be done. Well, it took over seven months to finalize the deal after my offer was accepted. This was no fault of Amber's, rather, it would not have happened with out her expertise. The title on the home had many complications which took Amber very much time to work with me, the owner, and title company in order to resolve. How does one who has most clients seeking six figure priced homes make the time she made for the deal I needed? I figured out the answer to that question. She is a professional, she values all customers at the same level, she is determined to help both client and buyer. Amber has connections to resolve complications. She is simply TOP NOTCH. Whether buying or selling a home, in the JC and Manhattan area, your first call should be to Amber Crites. I am late in recognizing her work since upon taking ownership I went right to work on the house. I am past due giving Amber the review she has earned and proven to live up to.

Neva has been absolutely phenomenal to work with. She has really exceeded my expectations in the real estate world. Her customer service cant be matched. She has really taken the time to get to know what needs and wants my family has as we embark on looking for a new house in the future. She has shown me that she is extremely dependable, while being determined yet equally patient. These are all the qualities I was hoping for in my realtor. She really represents our city so well, and whether you are knew to the area or already a member of our community, I highly recommend her!
