The confirmation emails for the appointments have the wrong address and when it was brought to their attention they just said yeah we have nothing to do with that. Customer service is not great. Love doctor Lower but do not like the facility and the customer service is horrible.

Pretty frustrating that weve had an appointment for our 1 year old infant for months now to see an allergist and just got cancelled 5 days before the appointment. Also no openings for the next 4 months. Which is IDEAL for a baby thats allergic to dairy, eggs, peanuts, and wheat. If they werent our only option within hours, you can bet wed be going elsewhere.

We have been very pleased with the level of care provided this past year by Dr. Estephan MD for my husbands cancer treatment. We would consider it second to none !

Absolute WORST experience here. First, the fact that they make you pay hundreds out of pocket cost up front before they go through your insurance, is just astounding. Secondly, my son had food allergy testing scheduled with Dr Lower.. We waited months for this appt and had to drive a ways to get there. Dr Lower walks in with poor bedside manner and an attitude from the start. Just rude and condescending throughout our whole visit. She disregarded all my concerns and experiences about my son. Then she says that she wasnt going to do any testing besides one, which we didnt need because we already knew he was allergic to this food, and had cut it out of his diet. What I wanted was to test other foods we were concerned with..but Dr Lower didnt want to as my son doesnt sound like he has those allergies when my family doctor thought he did which is why my doctor referred us there in the first place. Let me save you the money, time, headache and frustration and do NOT go see this doctor.. Update: So we left the clinic with a full refund for the almost $700 they charged up front to see the doctor after our unpleasant experience. Then guess what happened? Dr Lowers office STILL went and charged our insurance hundreds of dollars and is even trying to make us pay for the office visit they gave us a refund for! Again guys, stay far away from this doctor and clinic if you dont want to be swindled and mistreated!

I saw Audra Hoheisel, PA for Dr Kalra in allergy/immunology. I was apprehensive as I very much liked the previous PA. Audra was friendly, very thorough, had researched my file in depth, explained things in a way I could understand and respectfully made her case for a treatment I am apprehensive about, without being dismissive of my boundaries and concerns. I am thankful for this as i dont want to miss a helpful treatment if it is genuinely my best option. The lab staff was playful tho professional which brightened my day. 5 lg vials of blood taken and there was not even a small bruise... (which I have come to expect as I bruise easily.) The lab area was decorated for Halloween and sooo fun! I couldnt stop laughing at the lizard entangled in the spider web. It was an all-around positive experience for me.
