        I was visiting Holton and Google maps popped up with a recommendation. So I dropped by Mad Eliza's and I was not disappointed! The service was excellent and I ended up with a blueberry muffin it was excellent but the display case is filled with cakes and macaroons and doughnuts. From appearances I don't think you can make a wrong choice. They so not serve espresso drinks but they do have wonderful drip coffee I believe by blue jazz roasters. Very nice place to sit and enjoy your baked goods and coffee! They also have a fun mix of unusual to find classic sodas in the bottle.

        There are so many great options! It's hard to pick just one or two things when I want to purchase one of everything! Their bread puddings are literally the best and the tiramisu is flawless. The raspberry chocolate chip cheesecake cones are seriously good.
