John Weller, Jamie needs a raise!!! After almost 30 days fighting with corporate to either get our product or a refund for the product we ordered. After 22 days of corporate throwing us around, after back stabbing a corporate customer service dept telling a store manager that her customers are liars and scam artists, Jamie was finally able to our $800 refund to us. They yelled at her. Scolding her and she, who fought diligently for the rights of customers, got the job done. John...hold on to this one. She's a keeper. Thanks Jamie!!!! You did good.

Was a very disappointing experience.I will say the store was very clean and most of the staff was very nice and helpful BUT my biggest complaint was the cashier, she made us feel like it was an inconvenience to check us out, when we got to the register she was sitting on it and watching some video on her phone. That in my opinion is very unprofessional. I cant remember her name but i know it started with an M and she was a heavy set women. Did not greet us when we walked in and did not tell us to have a good evening as soon as she handed us our receipt she pulled her phone back out her pocket. Very bad experience.
