        THEY ALMOST CHARGED HALF OF MY RETURN. The customer service provided by Amber was good but the amount charged for their service was ridiculous and the lack of transparency at the beginning about the potential extra fees was even more shady. They initially charged me almost $600 and then offered a discount that brought the price down to $440. I understand I had some crypto transactions and that required extra stuff (that I almost had figure out and brought with me) but if I knew beforehand that was going to phet charged that much money I would have gone to Turbo Tax or HR Block online for a third of the charged price. The only way I would recommend this place is if you are only filling your normal 1040. If you have extra stuff avoid it or ask for prices before you get a big surprise at the end.
