        Very clean. Surprisingly not busy at all on a Tuesday at dinner time (7pm). Friendly service. Food was perfectly cooked and served quickly. I had the jalapeo mac and cheese bites and the Down the Hatch burger. Very good prices too!

        Really great beer. Good variety and well brewed. We loved the tots, Parmesan truffle and southwest style. Double IPA and the brown was exceptional

        We recently had the pleasure of visiting Defiance Brewing Co-Downtown in Hays, Kansas, and it was an exceptional experience. The cafe-style setup added a unique and cool vibe to the place, and the food did not disappoint. The cafe-style setup was charming, and the relaxed vibe made for a delightful dining experience. The Elote pizza and Queso fries were absolutely delicious. The flavors were outstanding, and the quality of the food was top-notch. The Kansan wheat beer was a standout. Its great taste and quality added to the overall enjoyment of the visit. Defiance Brewing Co-Downtown impressed us with its cool vibe, delicious food, and great beer. It's definitely a place we would recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic dining and brewery experience in Hays, Kansas!
