Reliable Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning

I have waited 2 months for someone to call me and schedule to replace a 90 degree elbow on the gas line unser the gas meter for the house i just bought. No return calls, after leaving messages several times a week, and got tired of waiting, hired another company. Then today got a call someone was on their way to my house to do the work, no call to inform me of this prior to today, and i told them i knew nothing about this for today and told them to cancel the ticket. They were not going to do the work. Very poor communication, the lady in the office, everytime i called, didnt have any record of what was nedding done. So, i was NEVER even put in the system as a service call over the last 2 months!!!

Literally the worst service I have encountered. No phone calls back I even went in there to get an estimate on a system. I can assure you if this is how they treat customers I dont want them installing my system!

returned my call quickly, took into consideration what i thought the problem was (although checked the system thoroughly to be sure, since theyre the experts and i am not), Angel was right on time (appointment scheduled at 3, arrived at my home in victoria at 3:17, meaning they left hays right on time as far as im concerned), friendly, personable, and got right to work when he arrived. the gentlemen both communicated what was going on as they were coming in and out of the house which i thought was great, and my total invoice cost was very reasonable. thank you so much!
