Mitch and his crew are easy to communicate with and helped to talk through exactly what I was needing. I took some of their advice on a drilling and installation, and things have been running smoothly since. They seem to know exactly what they are doing!

My family has had great experiences working with Mitch at H2O water well service. He stuck with us until everything was just right. Any time my mother had water problems he gets right on it. His crew has gone over to help her when her pipes have frozen because of the weather. I have recommended them to anyone I know who needs water services.

Horrible customer service. Had these guys come out to install a new well. Terrible pressure in the house and yard hydrants. Tore my place up with an excavator instead of using a trencher. 4 Yard hydrants installed 1 installed at 14" above the ground the others were correct. Upon asking his helper to raise it up to be 24" like the others he said he couldn't. Found out later by another water guy that it is possible. His crew was getting ready to hook up the electricity and the main guy said he was a driller, another guy said electricity was not his thing, the young kid said he had never done it before but he would give it a shot. I did it myself. I called Mitch to talk to him about it and he hung up on me. Terrible customer service. Buyer beware! Look at the other reviews!

We have used H2O Drilling on multiple projects from turn key well sites for livestock watering systems, irrigation well and pump repair and many other improvements. The owner Mitch Hall, has always been honest and a pleasure to work with. Each job order was completed on time and to the highest standard.

They tried to sell me a well pump that pumped more than my well produced. Then tried to charge me 2k to put my pump in that I already had. When I showed them specifically how they were trying to take advantage of me they declined the job stating another local contractor could help me out as they couldn't take advantage of me as planned. Have the emails to prove it. After letting this sit awhile, and thinking it over after reading Scott's review I wanted to add to my original. He came out to investigate an existing well. After gathering all information he came out and told me almost none of the work I did myself wasn't done and wasn't true. He then recommended I replace my 10 gpm pump (it's actually 25 gpm I don't think he actually pulled it) with his 10gpm pump even though the well was only producing 6gpm which by his own math won't work. Or, his other option was to drill a new well, and re-use my existing pump as it's brand new. For him to drill a well and re use an existing pump he wanted over 7k. So when I called him out saying you tried to con me into a solution that wouldn't work, and option B had to include 2500 dollars for you to set my already assembled well pump in a hole I was flabbergasted. This guy is a con and a lier. He then emailed me at 11pm on veterans day saying I wasn't going to pay him. I politely explained it wasn't my fault he didn't recognize the fallen for his freedom and that usps didn't deliver on such holiday otherwise it'd be in his hand. What a guy. Update number two- went to cut in the new well. They used wire nuts with electric tape as a "water tight" electrical connection. They also ruined my pitless adapter gasket and refuse to answer my calls. Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse.
