        They do not fix anything or keep their homes in safe condition. My baby got Lead Poisoning which caused her life long physical and mental health problems. Children's Mercy Hospital tested the house and said the lead levels were so high that the neighbors were even in danger. After finding out what happened we moved out and WHB didn’t even care that they hurt my kid. They even took our deposit and wouldn’t give it back or even say sorry. They are legally supposed to fix the home to make it safe before renting but now rent it anyways before having the home 100% lead free. They will hurt you and not even bat an eye. They are only after your money but their homes are NOT safe. Do not rent from them. 1421 Hubbard Street is the unsafe lead house. I have paperwork to prove it, or you can even check with Childrens Mercy Hospital for proof that this is all 100% truth.
