Great install and communication. They cleaned up after themselves are verified everything was working correctly before they left. Great buch of peeps there. Having an office in my town is also more assuring compared to an hour or more drive in the event of equipment issues.

Honestly love their fiber internet but their installers did a very poor job running the fiber wire from the outside box to inside. Unfortunately I wasnt on site when they were or I may have asked them to redo it, but this was poor workmanship, poor clips/fasteners used, and they left all wire for the previous hook up still on the house hanging loose and looking terrible. Craftsmanship needs o be a point of emphasis as well as attention to detail. I understand they had a lot of houses to hook up but for the time it took them to complete the task I expected a much better end result.

Employees and management was rude, uninterested in helping me and only seemed to want to have as short of an interaction a possible. They made no attempt to direct me to the store I needed, which was actually nextech wireless on the east side of town. Terrible customer service. Hopefully they can be retrained.
