        They came out several times. Never told me of a non written contract. They texted me to come out and I said not this time. Well I texted them I needed their services a couple months later, they told me I broke a contract I was never aware of. I keep asking what is the contact with no response but how I broke it. Extremely frustrating and rude. I am not going to beg for giving them business. A professional company explains the contract and ask I would like to approve it and start business back up . Horrible customer service and business practices. The games seems like a very young person is running this company and yet to understand customer service is how longevity works. Keep mentioning short of staff so maybe management is the issue. Cant keep employees and obvious customer dont matter either. Services: Spider extermination, Bug & insect extermination

        ServeICT has provided excellent service for many years. They are thorough and have taken care of any pest issue that has come up for me as well as my family and friends. No other company even comes near their care and professionalism. Brandon runs a top notch business that has values and integrity not often seen in businesses anymore. I completely trust their service, advice and consider them friends! Not to mention the easy scheduling, excellent communication, knowledgeable staff and very fair pricing. They are the total package.

      Good Morning, In April 2023 when this customer called they shared concern about chemicals being used in the home and we suggested at the time of the phone call our every other month exterior only service to reduce insects and rodents and not put any chemicals in the home. Customer agreed and we started exterior only service. We serviced in April and June and customer promptly paid. In august when our scheduling department reached out to the customer to schedule she responded that she couldn’t take service right now, the scheduling department asked her if she wanted us to cancel her account so we didn’t reach out in the future. She responded she never agreed to anything so put whatever you need to in your computer. Fast forward to October, and customer text at 5am in the morning asking for us to come out this week because she needs service. We politely explain that we don’t offer one time services because we don’t staff our business that way. Customer clearly wants will call service (at regular pricing), a service that we do not offer. I would also like to state for anyone reading these reviews we haven’t had a single employee turn over in the last 2 years. We choose not to staff a pest control business on a one time model because it requires inexperienced seasonal help that rarely understands the intricacies of pest control and does a good job. Sometimes businesses aren’t a good fit for every customer and I guess that’s the situation here.
