        Nice, new hotel attached to a Genesis fitness center and Blast Off Bay water park. Rooms: Nice rooms but I'm betting it would be noisy if baseball/softball games were played in the adjacent complex. The pillows are terrible (not fluffy at all). Nearby activities: Just minutes away from Tanganyika Wildlife Park! Blast Off Bay discount tickets are provided at the hotel front desk (it was $20/pp on a Friday with our discount). Food & drinks: The hotel breakfast was tired. Same old food days in a row (scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage). The orange juice and apple juice dispensers were not functioning. The bagels were hard even after heating.

        Water park is no longer included, we've been there 2 times with the water park included. I understand things change, but maybe posting that on the website would be helpful. A family of 4 would be 120$ for 3 hours of swimming . I'm so disappointed.

        2nd stay here within 3 months, continues to be a clean and modern hotel. Staff was friendly, great breakfast provided with stay. RECENT CHANGES, water park tickets are no longer included with hotel stay (over a $100 value for a family of 3, and this previously WAS included, no mention on the hotel website of this change). You do however, get a discount on the water park tickets still as part of the hotel. Nearby activities: Attached indoor Waterpark is great.

        Not sure where to begin...so disappointed. When making reservations for my granddaughters birthday, I verified MULTIPLE times in our conversation that the water park was included with our room. When checking in, we were told that was not the case and they provided us with a "discount" voucher of $5. I had reserved 3 rooms and there were 8 of us and we definitely weren't all paying to go to the waterpark at those rates. I had thought maybe i misunderstood at first but then the guest beside me was having the same issue and the tenant behind me was going back up there to check on the same thing. On to our room, nice, spacious room, had someone's hair in the bathtub then we turned the lights on and there was a pair of someone's socks. I stay in a ton of hotels as we travel all the time, I know things can happen but these incidents cant happen because you will lose guests. I think if they had stronger management that might help.
