        Ordering kiosk broken, no sign, trapped in the drive through line for 40 minutes. Never again. Avoid this location at all costs.

        We love Taco Bell but it is a matter of time before this location closes for good. We no longer will use this as an meal option. Lobby is STILL closed (almost 2 years) and drive thru take over 20 mins for a simple order. No one wants to eat soggy tacos in their car! Upper management should really take a look at their operation before it is too late. One positive note I will say are some of there employees are really nice. They take the heat for owners poorly running their business.

        This place has went down hill. Waited over 20 minutes for three 5 layer burritos. The only employee we saw was running the drive through and instead of giving us our order, he was dancing, with a broom, in the back. I'm pretty sure twirling a broom, in the air, were the food is being prepared is not sanitary. Date is April 30th, around 4:30pm. Check your cameras. This place needs some proper management.
