Arvest Bank

Like the bank the people that work there. Great customer service. Only thing I don't like is the check policy. I feel like when I get a paycheck from work I shouldn't have to wait a day to get my full paycheck. I work for that check. I deserve the full check. It shouldn't be my problem if the check bounces or not. I didn't write it.

I can't say enough good things about this brach in gardner ks. The bank is unbelievably clean every time I walk in there. Now the staff is the wow factor. They have helped me with everything from fraudulent charges on my card to helping me make deposits and payments for my mother. Bobby does an excellent job in hiring and managing this branch and Brandon is the greatest with helping you with all your banking needs and questions. Go out and ask for Brandon, he will be able to help you with anything you need. I wish I was able to give 10 stars to Brandon and bobby.

Avoid this bank!!!!! i opened up a checking account with cash on 11/24 and also did a transfer from a Walmart money Card on the 24th. I go to sign into the new Arvest account online on the 26th and it says my account is locked when I cal to ask why they say they closed it because the transfer from the other account did not go though. Keep in mind the 25t was Tgiving. I go to this branch and have the Money card Green Bank on phone and the say it can take 3 biss days for money to transfer Arvest closed the account with in a day and a half..even with the cash dep that was in there...Didn't even gat a call to let me know!!! than they wouldnt even give me my cash back that i put in...said it had a 3 day hold on cash dep before they could release...which is funny because they didnt understand that Green Bank had a possible 3 day transfer time...They just up and close account without a call to the cust!! After 3 days i picked up the cash didnt even get am IM SORRY I opened up another account at another bank using the same process cash dep and transfer and everything is fine with the transfer etc...because they gave it time!!!! And didn't just up and close the account because it didn't happen fast enough for them
