These guys rule! They showed up when they said they would and were able to solve my plumbing issues even after different plumbing businesses couldn't figure it out. They work very fast, are extremely polite, and made nice clean cuts in the drywall so the patch panels could be made easily. Very satisfied! Call these guys, especially if you live in Holcomb.

There was a guy in front of Ansonia Middle school that had black hair and a big long black beard that was driving this company car/van screaming like a mad man. Cussing up a storm and acting absolutely crazy. He was yelling at a women to hurry up and move that he has jobs to go to. She was literally at the stop sign waiting for the crossing guard to let her go! I cant imagine having that crazy guy doing work at my house!!!!!

They came to my rescue on a day that they were closed. They were fast, efficient, and very professional I work for a company that does maintenance for apartment complexes in the area and I've delt with a lot of plumbers...RJ's plumbing will be my go to from now on great guys!!

If I could give less than a 1 star rating, I would. Our sump pump flooded on a Saturday. Eric came out and said there was debris. He cleaned it and said it was good to go. On New Year's Day at 2:00 a.m., we woke up to our basement being completely flooded. Eric came out again and said he found more debris. He cleaned it and said it would be good to go. On Saturday, January 6th we woke up to our basement being flooded again- 3 times in one week. We ended up having Tatro Plumbing come out to take a second look at things, since all of our bedrooms are in the basement and the flooding had caused all of our carpet to be ripped out and us to be living out of boxes. Tatro came out and replaced the pump, stating that is what should have been done in the first place. They installed a grinder pump, the one installed by RJ's wad not, however, the one they replaced, was. We were very disappointed with their service and lack of willingness to truly help solve the issue. I would not recommend RJ's Plumbing if you are wanting quality work and customer service.
