4 State Sanitation

Norris was the best - this service leaves my attached lid open which of course, my trash can falls over - it is very heavy and I have trouble getting it up - I would think it would be standard to close attached lids. I have called twice with the answer we will leave a note????

We use this company for our trash service for work as a trash service. They didn't pick it up trash for three weeks even with me calling them a few times a week, trying to get them to do their job. The company I work for don't open till 8am they would come by at 4am. When we set it up, they agreed to pick it up after 8am, but in the last three weeks it's our issue and they don't care. If we don't have someone here whenever they want to come pick it up our trash will not be picked up at all.

Didn't use to have a problem but since the sent us notice of changing pick up date. Now they just drag our trash down the dead end road here in Frontenac. That's just lazy and very poor service. I'd be ashamed to do such a poor job for customers that are my paycheck.

This company needs to get there act together. Called yesterday to let them know that they missed our house, then was told over the phone that they would have someone pick it up either today or tomorrow (it is now tomorrow) and what do ya know? THERE CLOSED. Who wants to start the new year off with trash sitting in there driveway???

Been waiting on them to pick my trash up since January 2. What's going on? Terrible service. Norris was the best trash service ever. Never had to worry about them picking up my trash.
