Open honest people. They work with you to help you get everything done in a timely manner. Polite in bumping you in case you forgot something. Give list of things that are necessary and keep you informed if anything changes and are open about time limits. Was a wonderful experience to something that could have been stressful. Everything went great and fast!

There is a lot of work and worry involved in the home buying process. There were times when my husband and were frustrated and wanted to give up! Joe was patient when we were not and walked us through the details. She explained things we didnt understand when we asked questions. She gave some helpful advice too! It was a pleasure dealing with her!

Joe' communicated so well with us in a variety of ways, ensuring we always had the most up to date information. Questions were often answered before we had to ask them, and were always answered promptly otherwise. This is the third home we've purchased and she made it easy!
