In 2006, ownership transferred to Jim and Lenise Satterfield who continue ownership today. Jones Heating & Air Conditioning is proud to serve the people of our local community with prompt, quality service. We install Rheem products, which have industry-leading warranties and performance levels.Our technicians range from novice level to over 32 years of experience. We are associated with the BBB and Chamber of Commerce.It is the fundamental goal of Jones Heating and Air Conditioning to surpass the expectations of each customer we service on a daily basis. We strive to provide quality services to local families at affordable rates. Boy let me tell you about Jones Heat & Air. We had to have an after hours call because the motor on our Ac unit decided to say nope. We called at 530 and their tech Alvin was at my house my 615. He gave us all kinds of useful information. I was expecting at $500-$800 bill. I would have sold my soul for ac because my English Bulldog can't handle the heat. All said and done my bill was $381.25. It is expensive but still better than what I expected so I wont complain and my ac is fixed. Lol. Alvin replaced the capacitor and a motor plus the after hours fee. I am very happy with the quality of service. We will be going to them again when we replace the whole unit. THANK YOU JONES HEATING AND AIR!!
