Although I choose not to have my phone repaired, she was the nicest most honest person. Had went to the "other" phone repair place. Not only was Hey Buddy least expensive the customer service was EXCELLENT! My go to for this service.

I took my computer to be repaired. Great service! She knew just what my computer needed and she got it back to me in a very timely manner. I am very happy with my experience at Hey Buddy Repair, and I will definitely do business with her again. I would highly recommend Hey Buddy Repair for any computer repair needs!

In October of 2021 I cracked my phone and had to have it repaired. I called Hey Buddy around 3pm on a Wednesday. A woman answered and rudely told me she was just about to leave and wouldnt be back all week. I asked her if I could come in real fast just to see what she thought. I use my phone daily for necessary work/family communications, so waiting until the following Monday to get it fixed wasnt an option. When I asked her, she basically told me that was too bad and Id have to get it fixed elsewhere. I asked if she knew who else in town repaired phones and she hung up. Whenever one of my friends needs their phones fixed, I always tell them anywhere but Hey Buddy. Poor representation of the usual kindness of small businesses in Emporia.

I had 2 phones not charging and came in right before they closed, she fixed both with no fee and also fixed my daughter's phone for 30 bucks. I will be a returning customer!
