        Horriblly over priced. Very dirty. I am ashamed that this was my sons first experience living away from home. They asked for a $250 deposit and never told us it was non refundable and now they are refusing to give it back. Bad experience for both student and parent.

        It was great when I moved in here in 2020. Spacious room with plenty of bathroom storage. Until my second summer when I had a pretty regular infestation of wasps coming through the vents. Maintenance just prayed wasp spray in the vents. Then I moved in with my boyfriend thankfully because apparently we also had cockroaches and mice. I left many things in the room until move out day, and when I moved my things out there were mouse droppings on the window and on my bed. The hot tub does not work, hasn't worked since I moved in. Very little in done about disruptive roommates as well. You are the one who has to move out even if they are violating the lease agreement regularly.
