        When waiting for a medication to be filled they often will tell you it will be 15 or 30 minutes that always turns into 45-60. If you have the misfortune of being tied to certain medication the tone of the conversation often changes and they arbitrarily make you wait extra days to get it filled. They also frequently tell you it will be ready in x minutes and much later than tell you they won't fill it today.
