The last few times I've been in this store it has really gone down hill, no receipt paper at the pumps, always have to ask for a bag for your products and a receipt at the register, and when you do the employees act like you interrupted their break, the trash cans at the pump are full an just plain stinking and I mean stinking water in the windshield cleaning tanks at pumps. The place has really gone WAY down hill since Richard left. This store has lost ALL my business until they clean it up an get REAL help in there!!!! Signed, REALLY ticked off customer

The lady at Caseys tonight is horrible. She does not help, and does not really look for what you ask for in the coolers because they cant stock anything. She gives dirty looks when you tell her they had what you asked for earlier (not much earlier in the evening). There are only a few people that actually care to help. They have pretty well lost all of my business. I would much rather go somewhere else to buy drinks then waste my time in here. If I could give this review a negative rating I would. The manager here does not help when she is there. She just sits in the office. She could at least stock or do something instead of waiting to come out of the office when other people go to the front to help ring people up.

I stop here several times a week. The bathrooms are always disgusting and never smell clean. The Employees are always standing around talking instead of helping, cleaning, stocking etc. Needs new Management and Employees re-evaluated and either retrained or terminated.Since nothing has been done I added photos of the bathroom this time. I also want to make a not that squeegee for windshield are all bent so cant wipe away water because no cleaner but plenty of trash and plain water was in windshield washer well.This place needs a new manager, and staff!
