        In-N-Out rather quickly as long as you're doing a drop and hook can't speak for live loads or live unloads.

        They need to streamline the process for dropping an empty and picking up a loaded trailer. From the driver's perspective it is confusing difficult and tedious. Absolute ordeal to pick up here. And I always have to do laundry and take a shower afterwards so I lose half a day because the place is so dirty they need to pave the lot.

        The entrance is great. Quick and easy instructions and no issues. Checking out is an absolute joke. It needs to have two exit lanes and more employees to check trucks out faster. Waiting in line to check out for 20min is unacceptable. Place is dusty or muddy depending on the weather but overall everyone is nice and professional.
