        Worst experience in a hotel in my whole life. I reserved a room and needed to cancel 10 minutes later due to snow storms that ruined my travel and made me urgently stop looking for shelter in another city. The person on the phone was the most stupid and rude person I have ever talked to; did not want to know anything about my emergency, and refused to refund me. My credit card agent called them, and the treatment was the same. I ended up losing $80 and my temper. AVOID THIS HOTEL BY ANY MEANS.

        This motel is mostly fine. However, there are NO elevators in this two-story building. Fortunately, I am fit enough to make the repeated trips up and down the impressive staircase with our luggage. If you are not, then request a ground floor room. And one wierd thing, up-to-date Garmin GPS navigation will guide you to the correct numerical address at the east end of town. Unfortunately, the motel is at the west edge. Use the street address of 2000 West Wyatt Earp Blvd and you will be guided to the motel. I have reported this to the desk staff (for management action) and Garmin for years and neither seems able to resolve the situation. Rooms: Clean; quiet Nearby activities: Center of tourist activity a mile or more east. Casino a mile or two west. Safety: Never felt unsafe. Walkability: No obvious attractions nearby, but there are sidewalks. Food & drinks: Multiple fast food outlets within a few blocks. Chain restaurants galore further east. Breakfast at motel good - juices, cereals+milk, waffle maker, bread, some pastries. Noteworthy details: No elevators to second floor. Nice staircase.
